| 描述 | CyclosporinA是一种免疫抑制剂，与亲环素结合，随后抑制calcineurin，无细胞试验中IC50为7nM，广泛用于预防器guan移植反应中的排斥反应。 在T细胞中，CyclosporinA与亲环蛋白(免疫亲和素)结合，形成亲环蛋白-CyclosporinA复合体，其结合并抑制钙调磷酸酶。CyclosporinA抑制钙调磷酸酶，IC50是7nM，随后阻断NF-AT核转运。CyclosporinA通过抑制MTP(线粒体通透性转换孔)的开放而影响线粒体，IC50是39nM。 |

| In vitro(体外研究) | Cyclosporin A binds to the cyclophilin (immunophilin) in T cells , forms a Cyclophilin-Cyclosporin A complex which the binds to and inhibits calcineurin. Cyclosporin A inhibits calcineurin with IC50 of 7 nM, then blocks the nuclear translocation of NF-AT. Cyclosporin A also affects mitochondria by preventing the MTP (mitochondrial permeability transition pore) from opening with an IC50 of 39 nM. |
