| 描述 | 鸡胚提取物是从生长9-12天的鸡胚中提取的,用于组织培养中的生长因子补充成分。 The proprietary process utilises 9-12 day eggs collected from registered flocks and found to be free from clinical signs of notifiable diseases. It is processed as a 50% w/v extract in Dulbecco's Phosphate Buffered Saline. 100IU/ml Penicillin,100μg/ml Streptomycin and 2.5μg/ml Amphotericin are added as an additional safeguard. Statistical samples representative of the batch are tested in agreement with cGLP to validate the product as being consistent with the designed quality standards of reliability and stability. |

| 产品用途 | Directions for Use 1、Thaw the product overnight at 4°C and then bring to room temperature. 2、Use a 0.2um filtered ultra-purified water, and add to vials using a 10mL syringe with a hypodermic needle. Allow water to be draw in by vacuum. 3、Place samples on their sides and mix using an orbital shaker set at 150rpm at room temperature for 30 minutes. 4、To filter, use sterile gauze if necessary, then a 0.45um filter, then finally use a 0.2um filter. |
| 注意事项 | 用10毫升无菌组织培养级水重新配制冻干产品。搅拌混合。如果出现沉淀物,在冷却条件下继续搅拌数小时/一夜或超声处理,简要使用超声波水浴。然后,在3000 x g下离心10分钟,并移除颗粒。之后重组冻干产品必须通过0.2µm过滤器过滤,以保持无菌。复原后,在4°C下储存以供立即使用,或等份加入工作体积,并在-20至-10°C长期储存,最大限度地减少冻融循环解冻时可观察到蛋白质沉淀。为了消除这种情况,可以在3000×g的条件下离心10分钟。 |
